Okay, all who want to go on a cruise, put your hands up!  A vacation aboard a cruise ship is one of the best ways to go and explore different places in style.  A cruise is a perfect opportunity to spend some time with your loved one, your family, or friends.  It is also a great way to let your hair down, relax and indulge in all sorts of activities in a leisurely manner.  You can explore the islands and beaches, dance the night away at the ship’s disco bar, lounge and soak the sun and the fresh sea breeze by the deck.  You can go to adventures of your own choosing – scuba diving, sailing, golf, fishing and shopping (now that’s a different kind of adventure!).

Now, of course, you’re wondering, “That sounds wonderfully enticing, but wouldn’t that cost me an arm and a leg?”  Cruises sometimes sound expensive, but really, it doesn’t have to be as long as you do your homework carefully.   Getting on an all-inclusive cruise vacation would be the way to go if you don’t also want to break the bank for that dream vacation of yours.   With an all-inclusive cruise, you can enjoy a great vacation that is well within your budget.

What’s good about all-inclusive cruises is that it saves you the headache of planning about meals, travel arrangements, what to do, where to go, what entertainment options you can have.  Sometimes you use up a lot of time arranging these details and invariably you end up missing some important detail.  You may also find some of these arrangements far from what you expected.  And arranging all these things separately would mean that it’s more expensive.  The end-result is that you spend more time and money than what you originally planned.

Everything you need for a great vacation is all bundled in a neat little package.  Usually, with an all-inclusive cruise vacation, your meals, accommodations and entertainment are included.  Aboard the cruise ship, you are given your own sleeping quarters (a suite or a state room), buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the use of entertainment and leisure facilities (the pool, Jacuzzi, bars and clubs).  Other things that are thrown into this sweet deal may include transport charges to and from the ports of call and nearby islands, as well as port and docking charges.

The cruise ships travel on a route that includes popular tourist spots – historical landmarks, wildlife sanctuaries, and beaches.  It’s a perfect chance for you to discover the various regions of the world.   Cruise ships may travel various routes – some to Alaska, others within the Carribean, and some to Hawaii, and others yet to a list of nearby countries, so you get a smorgasbord of culture, sights and tastes that will make your experience all the more memorable.

While you’re waiting for the cruise ship to arrive at the next port of call, you will have a lot of opportunities to socialize and meet new friends.  The ship hosts nightly parties and entertainment specials where you can participate in.

So you don’t have to worry your little head about the stresses of arranging a vacation, all you need to worry about is how you’re going to enjoying all the pleasures that are set before you.  You also don’t have to worry about health and safety concerns.  The cruise ship is equipped with a clinic, a doctor and nurse to treat you for minor emergencies.  In addition, you should take note that there are some packages where the tips are bundled into the deal.

Of course, you will have to pay for extras, such as your tips for the cleaning crew, drinks that are not included in the package, casino money, souvenirs, or a massage at the ship’s spa.  Also, when you go onshore, all that you spend there (for meals, shopping, tours, etc.) are not included in the package price. There are also some that offer unlimited drinks during the entire trip, although some cruise ships are also known to charge for the bottled water!

So really, you need to carefully consider all that a specific all-inclusive cruise entails so that there will be no surprises for you during your vacation.
